It is recommended quarterly but at a minimum, bi-annually. 

It includes the changing of filters and belts. We brush clean the coils within the unit. We do an inspection of all mechanical components. We test the pressures of the system. We check all wiring and electrical components and tighten all fittings within the system. Verify how efficiently the unit is running.
